Returns and Exchanges
Our online boutique provides the opportunity to return and exchange goods. If you received the incorrect item, or the item arrived damaged, or you are simply not satisfied with the item you chose, don’t panic! Within 14 days you have the opportunity to return the item and receive a replacement, or exchange it for a different item of your choice.
If you decide to return the goods delivered by us, or exchange them for reasons other than quality, you will be responsible for covering costs of items sent for exchange or refund.
We guarantee a full refund or exchange of your purchase, without question, within 14 days from date of purchase, provided that:
- You have retained a receipt as proof of purchase online;
- You have retained all the original packaging and accompanying labels;
- You will find a seal attached to the product once it is unpacked. This inner seal securing the item must be intact;
- The jewelry has not been worn.
In case of return , proceed as follows:
• Fill out a form for a refund and send it to us. We will notify you of the appropriate address for returning the item
• Make sure that the goods to be returned are in the same condition they were received and well packaged to prevent damage in transit. We recommend the use of a mail service which provides insurance services and the ability to track the delivery status (EMS).
• Send the goods to the specified address.
In case the goods are returned due to poor quality, we will refund your money within 10 working days following receipt of the product.
For exchange proceed as follows:
• Fill out a form for an exchange. Specify the article number of the product you wish to receive in exchange for the item you are returning and send it to us (product number is listed on the product page) . We will notify you of the appropriate address for return of the item.
• Ensure that the exchanged goods are sent back in the same condition they were received and well packaged to prevent damage in transit. We recommend the use of a mail service which provides insurance services and the ability to track the delivery status (EMS).
• Send the goods to the specified address. We will notify you when we receive your parcel.
• The requested item will be sent to you within two days. If you want to exchange your purchase for a product at a lower price, we will refund the difference in the same manner in which the original payment was made.
If you want to exchange your purchase for goods of a higher price, make a complete return as described above and we will refund your money for that purchase. Then just proceed and complete your new purchase for whatever new item you desire.
Please read the section on Proper Care and Maintenance of Jewelry carefully. The warranty is not valid in cases of improper care and we cannot provide exchange or refund in such cases.
